|Why should I try
||Aerobic Dancing burns fat, trims and firms your body,
and increases flexibility. It strengthens the heart, lungs and circulatory system, and
improves the respiratory system. Once you've made a commitment to physical fitness
and begin participating regularly (a minimum of two times a week), you'll gain these
healthy benefits, as well as more energy, and have fun doing it!
