If you're looking for a terrific exercise program that will keep your heart strong and your muscles toned, you've come to the right place!  Jacki Sorensen's Aerobic Dancing is so much fun, you'll forget you're exercising.  Who said exercise has to be boring?  This is the program you'll want to stick with!

    This keeps the program fresh and new.  The choreography is by Jacki Sorensen, the fitness leader whose program popularized aerobics.

    All instructors must be non-smokers, pass a cardiovascular running test, maintain a lean weight, and pass a test demonstrating their ability to teach the material.   Instructors are certified in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation).

    A team of consultants, including cardiologists, exercise physiologists, physical therapists, and biomechanic experts, assist with quality control of each program, assuring safety and prevention of injuries.  In class, we monitor heart rates after each dance to ensure you're working at a safe level.
  • Optional hand and ankle weights.
    A segment of each class is designed for the use of hand and ankle weights for extra strengthening and toning.
  • We're social.
    It's a great way to make friends and socialize while doing something good for yourself.  We have a good time!

    Dance at a walking, jogging, or running pace--whichever is comfortable for you.
